Levels of Reiki Training:
- Reiki Level 1 (Shoden):
- Focuses on self-healing and learning how to heal others by placing hands on or near their bodies.
- You’ll learn the basic hand positions, the history of Reiki, and techniques to activate energy.
- At this level, practitioners often work on themselves and close family or friends.
- Reiki Level 2 (Okuden):
- Known as the practitioner level, you’ll learn how to send healing energy at a distance (called distant or absentee healing).
- You’ll be introduced to symbols and mantras that help focus energy and intent for specific healing.
- This level is suitable for people who want to use Reiki more professionally or for broader applications.
- Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden):
- The Master level is where practitioners learn advanced techniques and how to teach others to become Reiki practitioners.
- You’ll learn the Master symbol and gain an understanding of the deeper spiritual aspects of Reiki.
- Some courses also offer certification to become a Reiki Master Teacher.

Steps of learning Reiki healing:
Reiki Healing First Degree:
In learning first degree in beginning person has to do self-healing. Then by touch, to relatives, friendsand other close people he/she can give healing to them.
Reiki Healing Second Degree or Distance Healing:
In Second Degree a person can give Reiki to another person present insame city or any other country for his / her intention and purpose. This is called remote reiki healing or distance healing.
Reiki Third Degree:
The third degree is divided into two parts (III A and III B). In the III A, it is Reiki Healing Advance Level and inthe III B, taught how to give a Reiki degree to others.
While giving a Reiki degree, the master performs the process of “Shaktipat”,which is called attunement.
Reiki healing is voluntarily taken or given. It cannot be used to influence someone or harm others; it is only affirmativeand positive energy. The effect of Reiki healing is so deep that even the old memories and past incidence hidden inthe subconscious mind can be healed. Many times Reiki in the mind or body goes to the place where it is needed andhelps in curing the disease from its roots. Many times, even without telling the patient, Reiki goes to different parts ofthe body, where it found that there is a lack of energy in those organs and those organs are sick, that’s why thoseorgans also receiving energy automatically. We can also call it kind of scanning. Reiki healing does not have any sideeffect; any person can only be benefited by this. Reiki is usually taken 3 to 7 days. In chronic major problems, 21 daysor more also can be taken. Daily or regular practice of Reiki energy healing gives favorable results in all our physicalmental spiritual advancement, social behavior, relationship and economic progress.
